Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option for desired delivery time. Orders with shipping options of Overnight and 2nd-Day delivery are always shipped on the next business day after order has been received, unless otherwise notified. All other orders normally ship within three business days after the order is received. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail for orders shipped via Fed-Ex and UPS.

UPS Ground and Fed-Ex Home deliveries normally take 3 - 5 business days to most locations in the continental United States, once the package is shipped. Parcel Post & First Class Mail can take 7-10 days to arrive, once shipped.

Every effort will be made to ship orders as expeditiously as possible, however Express Your Address is not responsible for shipping delays due to high volume traffic, bad weather, equipment breakdowns, acts of God or any other circumstance beyond our control.
