Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by calling (402) 659-5757 or email us at info@expressyouraddress.com to arrange an exchange or refund. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be sent to you via e-mail. Requests must be made within 30 days after order is received. Sorry, shipping charges and custom orders are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in their original or equivalent packaging and in the same condition as received. (The only exception to this is the trial stipulations for the Entrepreneur Kit.) Include the RMA number somewhere on or inside the package. It is recommended that you ship them via a traceable means or use Delivery Confirmation if shipping via United States Postal Service.
